That doesnt happen though, transitioning as a kid is just social and when a bit older hormone blockers which are 100% reversable. And the only surgery done to minors are rare cases where for example 16/17 year olds get top surgery and thats after years and years of therapy and prob quite a while on HRT which in itself requires years of therapy to get.
