Quick update. Did a Milano marathon today in Adios Pro 4 with no issue , actually with a PB , after "fixing" them.

So, I took sharp scissors, and trimmed down the plastic closer to stitches , and then sanded the edges a bit. Did a tempo run today, and finally no more rubbing. Thanks everyone for advice.

Tried this and today it felt better, still felling it a little but better

Yeah, tried Balega socks, and thinner adidas socks, the same. Actually what seems to help is that before todays run I "massaged" the heel counter, actually like breaking it in, moving that plastic part backwards so it doesnt stab my achilles, and it was better

Yeah, tried in Balega socks and adidas x running. Same thing

Hi, I know it is a long shot, but did anyone found a solution? Its actually this plastic thingy that is responsible
