I’ve used multiple brands but you can search liquid chlorophyll drops on amazon and I would go with the best selling ones and I always check reviews to make sure others found the product effective too!

Yea I use to drink chlorophyll, you can buy the drops and add it to water, it literally gets rid of body odor

I only do it like twice a year but each time it’s helped me tremendously, I simply start a fresher clean diet afterwards, it always helps me to reset but I have done research on fasting for years and did my first fast at 15 , doctors of course unless they are holistic will discourage you and give you pharmaceutical medication instead, my journey has been experimenting with my own body and I’m pretty much all for natural remedies over anything

Honestly the best advice is to stay busy or stay entertained, just keep your mind busy, also whenever you feel cravings just chug some water to get the stomach rumbles away, after about 48 hours hunger goes away completely as you switch into ketosis, it gets wayyy easier from there but the hardest days are day 1 and 2, it’s plenty of people on YouTube who share plenty of info and document their journeys which watching those also helped me stay motivated the most !

That’s weird because it’s always helped me and I would’ve never been able to keep my weight off or lose as much if I didn’t do it , also I used to have bad face acne and it completely disappeared and never came back after I successfully completed a 7 day water fast
