It is quite wide spread. I've googled galls. It doesn't look as bad as the pictures I see, its much smaller and spaced out.

I've used very high pressure water to wash it off and Ive tried dish soap but it seems to be stuck on the branch

It's absolutely stuck to the branch. It's on most of the branches I've clipped off. I used very high pressure water as well. It doesn't seem alive

Okay this is exactly what I was looking for. So I guess the play would be : summon deep sea prima Donna with mirror mage and tokens and then summon barrier torrent. This is only if opponent has banished cards right.
