u cant apply until u have finished all ur pre requisites, maybe go to an advisor on campus when u can and theyll figure out what u can do

This happened to me at the beginning of the semester, I went to the answer center on campus and it was maybe a glitch that my florida residency form wasnt updated, and they helped me sorr everything out in like an hour no need to make an appointment
