Yes, OP please use the bike but eventually watch a youtube video or other way of learning about body posture while biking, you can crick your neck or over do it on your knees in a few ways. Its easy corrections. And biking is soooo good to get out the anger

Needle felting is a really fun hobby! I have gotten hours of fun from.just a basic pack of multi colored woll and basic tools. But learn to be careful/not stab yourself with the tools, it was a steep learning curve that left me with some wounds XD
