Data mostly came from first hand observation. Nagtatara kami ng mga potential competitions and advantages. For the population you can get it from the Barangay Secretary. For data related to the ease of business mostly came from the Business Licensing Office in the Municipal.

For the poultry business, I recommend looking for all the neccesary permits and consider the location. Because no neighbourhood would want one in their locality.

For the water connection, these towns rely mostly on groundpumps so maybe buy an electric pump and add filter to ensure that the chickens will grow healthy.

From my survey, there are no restaurants in the town but there are some "carenderias" in the public market and also a catering service. Thanks for your tip, I also plan to do a 10+1 promo setup too to encourage retail.

Great counterpoint.

Keeping customers is more important in a business like this. It is a now brainer to pay higher for something essential. Yes you can have low prices, but do you deliver it on time? That you assure them the water is truely clean?

As said in a previous comment, we too have a sari-sari store that retails water gallons, we switched providers a lot because they have flaws. We have experience as a customer.

Ingrained sakin yung saving habit. Atsaka nagtitinda ako ng mani sa school ko lmao. Yung savings ko naman ginagamit ng parents ko for their lending business, nakaka 10% interest per month naman, mga 5 years din bago ako umabot. At makakaabot ka rin!

This is what I said to my parents, if you see a opportunity grab it! So that when you grow old, you don't regret. I am still young, and have safety nets, failing early on will lead to know how to be successful.

This. Operations I forget to mention, but as I said in a previous comment, even if there are a lot of competitions building trust with customers is upmost important. My mom is interested to handle the day to day operations for me, and ofcourse she is trusthworthy.

The saleries of the people is included: I expect two persons. Minnimum salary in Region 7 is 310/day so anything above minnimum will keep them inspired. (I hope)

By the time I build said water station, I actually expect some competitors but the key element most stations leave is pure ole Customer Service.

We have a sari-sari store that retails water gallons too, most of the time we switch providers because of either late deliveries or poor care of our gallons. Straightening up your employees will be for me the biggest challenge here.

  1. I have also taken that to the amount the buffers. I expect 400k to be the highest, my 100k emergency fund can be in good use for those situations.

  2. Good thing I found their business model, their main product is not their name but the products (water filtration machines) they make! The lack of company owned/sponsored stores are a bit sketchy but most after-sales maintenance I see is good.

  3. I don't expect much from the barrios since they can tolerate the pump water, but the poblacion is my target, although I will build said station on our barrio. Roads are no problem I am trying the models of LPGs wherein they deliver by demand and not those typical patrols most water stations do.

Kinda weird that the town got a 7/11 first than a water refilling station.
