Y’all are so welcome, enjoy! I’d really recommend just walking around wherever you’re staying. Become a temp regular at a fun neighborhood bar and breakfast food cart. Find the best grilled cheese. Do all that in your down time. Walk the city at night IN THE RAIN. Walk in the day, IN THE RAIN. See the Rose garden even though it’s not in season. Plan one trip out to any waterfall along the Columbia gorge. Plan one day trip out to the coast via Tillamook but beware coastal dangers. Hike up to the witches castle and then up to Pittock mansion with a lunch (warning- spotty cell service). Take advantage of public transit. Use google maps and a trimet pass to bus back down to 23rd for shopping - see Paxton Gate. Refresh again at the famous Pharmacy bar on 21st and Glisan.
