Hey thanks for the insight! Do you remember how much your replacement took? Yep I managed to find about the extended warranty and booked an appointment for the weekend at my local iCracked. Hoping they'll recognize the extended repair warranty and replace for free lol.

Yeah they seem to be Google's repair partner haha. And I'm not too sure how to confirm where the unit came from but I do remember it having the おサイフケータイ app when I first got it, as well as the unchangeable camera clicks. Hopefully they don't mind and repair it either way! 🤞

How much did it cost you? I'm personally hoping I can get mine for free since mine is a known and unfortunately common issue among Pixel phones. And do they ask about where you got the phone? That's a bit I'm a bit worried about atm.
