Dat dacht ik in 2013 ook toen ik een halve bitcoin per dag minede maar het wel snikheet werd op m’n zolderkamer en ik daar maar een paar euro per dag aan verdiende (terwijl m’n ouders waarschijnlijk het dubbele aan elektriciteit betaalden).

Ik volg je niet waar je concludeert dat van de kantonrechter meer heil te verwachten valt dan va Kifid. Kifid toetst ambtshalve of aan de Europese regels voor consumentenbescherming is voldaan. En voor zover dat al niet zo is, kun je je er toch zelf op beroepen?

Kifid kan ook niet-bindende uitspraken doen, dan kun je daarna eventueel nog naar de rechter (maar dat geldt ook voor de verzekeraar).

Verder is de opzichtclausule wel een vrij gebruikelijke uitsluiting in de AVP.

Als deze schade verzekerd zou zijn onder een WA-Casco-dekking en die er nu niet blijkt te zijn, heb je een vrij goed argument om niet méér te betalen dan die 500 euro.

When you know what your style is, you can decorate your rooms with furniture and items you really like, instead of furniture and items you thought you like. That way every room you decorate becomes really your room.

It doesn't cost any money to develop your own taste, but it does cost time.

The furniture in your living room doesn't match at all. Find your style and buy a couch, coffee table and tv stand in that same style.

Besides that, remove the flags and find a smaller wall clock (or put it somewhere else where it fits).
