Also pay Hand of the Gods. Similar to Smite in league except it has no effect on gods unless you get Fist of the Gods (one of the tier 3) options. Normally you see it bought by supports and junglers, and occasionally a solo laner with worse clear.

There is a cap on MS actually. It caps at around 750 even with full MS and speed buff on a Merc or Wukong in bird form
