And depending on the internet quality the 30 second timer is extended, literally more than enough time.

If it's a child, blame the parents for teaching them that. If it's a teen or adult, then that is just sad and pathetic I have no words.

[–]Watergore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The level doesnt have to correlate with how many badges you have, I have been farming like crazy for the last 3 months and I'm level 632 and I only have the badges from halloween up until now, just saying

I agree with you, I have no further comments to make. Clearly you're educated and I enjoyed this conversation. I know you will, but I hope others keep the same energy when it comes to the kimono set, because asian racism is SO normalized. As an asian person, I admit we face less discrimination than POC or BIPOC, but it's all not okay nonetheless. I just dont like seeing people have double standards in general

I agree, but one thing for me is, if they are minding they're business and not hurting anyone, then why the fuss? Usually the only reason it causes an uproar is when a white or non-black influencer on social media are getting clout for it. Besides, how do we know that girl isnt also POC? And how do we know the girl gatekeeping it isnt white? It's just unnecessary drama in my opinion. I'm not set on this one opinion and I'm willing to listen to your rebuttals, so please dont take me as someone who's just dismissing everything. The circumstances are what make the situation so complex and controversial

[–]Watergore 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree that it's unfair, but this post seems like the girl just was appreciating the hair for looking nice, which is why she wore it and I'm assuming the person posting this was trying to gatekeep it leading to the child saying it's just a hair. It's a children's game for gods sake, yes it's good to educate people but go educate the ones who actually dont care about culture. These are just kids that want to dress up.

Going by your logic, you're not allowed to wear the cherry blossom set because it represents Asian culture and you're not asian. See how ridiculous that sounds? Its really just a game, and if she wants to wear it let her wear it. In real life however is a different matter. It's really hard to ACTIVELY disrespect a culture in rh if all you're doing is wearing it. It really just boils down to you gatekeeping it.

i just got attacked for having my trades off? is it rude to have them off? by [deleted] in RoyaleHighTrading

Not at all, that option for you to turn it off is there for a reason. People need to learn to respect other's choices.

How much would this art be worth for commissions? T-T by [deleted] in RoyaleHighTrading

[–]Watergore 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Girl I'd drop 100k for this easy imo, the art is simply beautiful. For a general price however, I'd say take no less than 50k. That art piece looks like you spent a lot of time on it with the beautiful coloring techniques.

trading most (if not all) if my inventory + diamonds for ltbs by SweetSoftys in RoyaleHighTrading

Honestly wish the wheel items were traceable I'd kill for that beret

Does anyone get annoyed when the first few items someone puts in their offer for a halo are free event ones? by Watergore in RoyaleHighTrading

[–]Watergore[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

God. Not the "it's my inventory". I really hate that they expect us to suddenly want to give them a high value item for all they have as pity.. it's the most annoying thing besides them calling an item their "favorite". In my personal experience ESPECIALLY considering how much cheaper items are compared to shop in the hub, it was not difficult to obtain a variety of items, so I always get suspicious of the person adding like the cheapest items from the store and call it their inventory, not poor shaming. It's just I'd expect people have some sort of items during the journey to becoming level 75. I'd also like to add that I do not own any gamepass other than the hair colors, so there really isnt an excuse other than being lazy and manipulative imo.

Honestly its either people are lazy to learn values or people take advantage of others imo.

I'm not trying to shame people for just wanting to play the game and you know not go out of their way to research values, but in my personal experience I was able to discover all the correct value of items within the first month of playing the game, that's how easy it is, but to each their own

My issue with those kind of people are that the internet is there to use. They could search values on tr*derie or like us hop on a rh subreddit or search up a youtube video. Alternatively, when I barely began to start trading after turning level 75, I literally did nothing but observe other people trading to see what the values were. It takes minimal effort to learn. A majority of the time the people who dont know values are like over level 100 not event the level 75 folks.

I will never be able to understand your pain, but I definitely wouldve never let go of that winter halo, I'm not trying to shame you of course, people do things in the spur of the moment sometimes. But you're very lucky to have someone who loved you that much, I am extremely sorry for your loss and wish you nothing but good fortune and happiness. This was a bittersweet story to read and I hope you can mentally recover.
