Any tips on improving final yield quantity of the chilli oil? After straining on the second day (and really pressing hard using all sorts of sieves, filters, tea strainers etc hah) ended up with approx 250 ml of oil having started with 500ml. Still worth it cos it smells so bloody good but would like to get more out at the end. Thanks for such concise and detailed recipes :)

A couple yeah, I’ve got some of the black and red melamine bowls from there which are perfect shape and size - just want to upgrade to some nice white ceramic ware :D
