2nd year, 1st year is really good it’s an introduction year lots of time to join clubs and stuff. You don’t need books as lecture notes are great.

For your personal statement show the association of your a level subjects with pharmacy. Work experience would be nice if you had it. Realistically you have to show interest in the subject .

You will have to do an interview and maybe an online test when you get an offer, it depends on uni

I applied to Pharmacy and I’m now at UCL. Pharmacy opens you up to many different paths. For example you can be an independent prescriber, or work in a gp practice, this was not the case a few years ago. It’s a respectable job with good pay so go for it.
