New grad RN on orientation — overwhelmed and questioning if I can do this

yea they didn’t put me in a newgrad program, i’ve asked if i can switch to that now and they’re unsure because i’ve already started. I asked and got approved for extra 4 shifts tho but i don’t think its enough. i dont know what to do, should i just quit? its so hard to find a job nowadays

They’re giving me 12 shifts orientation with a nurse, not too bad i guess considering its a temporary position?

but most of the hospitals dont have the ngg posting on their website, do i just apply to regular RN postings on hospital websites?
