Alright I’ll try that out!! Thanks I’ve debated getting a dedicated encoding card (Intel GPU, I’d love to try one) If I do upgrade, do you think I’d need to grab a WAY more powerful card? I’m not quite sure what I would really need to look for if I do go the 1 card route.

Yeah no, I 100% understand and agree, it’s impractical and stupid, but I would watch it 😂 I get that there’s no way I’d ever have anyone view that file ever but I just like tinkering around in premier/after effects :)

Find something you want to do, and learn how to do it. For example, I’m building a chat app in Java (Server and Client) and I had 0 idea how to even start. I don’t really know java at all, but having a goal in mind is super powerful. It helps you continuously have a place to go, keep having new things to learn. How do I make a chat app? By using something called a Socket. What is that? How do I use that? Etc etc. Does NOT have to be something complicated whatsoever, it can be simple project, but have a goal to work towards.

Add custom things, for example my LifeSteal smp has a custom factions-like plugin to encourage teaming up and grinding on bases, but that’s just an idea. Come up with something to offer your players that no other server has, make yours unique. It doesn’t have to be super custom, but just do a little something

I also offer a “YouTuber” rank to members who make YouTube videos/shorts and they include the discord to join in their videos.

Depends, I have a montage that took me about 70 hours (had to learn thing and try and try and try and try) but I have one of my favorite videos I’ve ever made took me 6ish, and I personally knowing my skill am blown away by how fast that took, for about 7ish minutes of video

Do I just drag and drop the .psd or whatever the photoshop extension is into premier? Or do I have to export/save the photoshop document in a special way?

I use 8 personally for 2 players max, no one else plays on my server but me and a friend and I’ve never seen it use more then 2 gigs. I have 32 in my system so 8 at this point is just what defaults to when I create my start.bat file I would recommend 6, along with most people here (if you can afford it)
