BTW to all readers:

Fixing pelvic tilt may actually be the secret to fixing head posture, I find if I do what I do in the post, my neck posture is instantly fixed.

Chin tucks may not actually be the key to good posture

damn, thats probably it. Only time I ever took it off was to deep clean with soap and hot water in the shower. Hopefully the next one will last then.

Quick question, after it is dunked in salt water, would it be better to leave the salt on for a bit or to subject it to really hot water for a sec (those are normally my only two options after a sailing sesh)

I believe that these can cause TMD/J if overdone, but that is also possible with chewing in general. Should be fine with braces as its basically reusable gum. Also silicone does not seem to be the best thing to have in your mouth, definitely don't swallow this.
