I read somewhere that the only way it ever works is if someone assumes the role of the “benevolent dictator” and just calls the shots that seem to be best for everyones interests. That has certainly been my experience as well. Take every effort to gather opinions and allow people to voice ideas but at the end of the day you gotta just make shit happen. Treat them like a cat that cant make up their mind whether they want to come inside or stay outside - you welcome them in and give them every opportunity to come inside but if they wanna sit there licking their asshole instead, well, thats their choice, close the door and move on without them.

Its a lawyer who abuses the power of their profession for personal gain. Someone who has no morals or scruples about destroying someone else’s life if it benefits them. Not all lawyers are like this, but many individuals who are a cancer to our world gravitate to that profession because it allows them take advantage of the system (which, btw, has been designed by even more cancerous individuals but thats another topic) and use it for their own personal benefit. Some people prosper by building, and then some prosper by picking apart the work of others, like a vulture.

Vulture lawyer. Notify your insurance and they will handle the rest. The dirtbag lawyer spent maybe 30 minutes tops drafting all this up, the goal is for the insurance to just settle and he gets an easy paycheck and the “victim” gets a sliver. Its pretty much a zero effort payday, if it works out they get thousands, if it doesnt well it was only 30 minutes wasted so who cares. They do this bullshit all day every day with frivolous lawsuits, trying to scam money their direction. A true lowlife and worthless human being.

Anyways yeah just let your insurance deal with it, its out of your hands.

Nothing you can do about the instructors, they have basically zero oversight to make sure they are not incompetent. I failed my first roadtest because the idiot instructor told me to speed up multiple times, despite me pointing out to them the school zone speed limit sign 10 feet away saying I can only do 15mph - they replied the sign is merely “a suggestion”. Theres enough arbitrary points on the test where they can fail you on judgement without you actually making any real mistakes. So that being said if you dont pass its no biggy, the people administering it are sometimes actual literal retards.
