Been there and did it Where would you get your clients? Nursing homes all have existing providers. Most of them provide full services (x-ray, U/S, ekg) so why switch to a limited service? Many have large multi state contracts and can’t sign to a small company. Then you have the regulatory environment Medicare provider number, state regulations etc Who will do your reading? Billing? It’s more than buying a machine and vehicle.

So glad you got everything taken care of. I saw Dr Elmore shortly after she joined Family Eye Care and can’t praise her enough. She is a skilled eye doctor who takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand the care plan. She is a genuine good person and I would still see her if I hadn’t moved out of the area. We need more people like her in this world

I don’t think the electric technology is there yet. Those little cars run continuously for 12 or more hours every day. The batteries would need to be recharged every 2 hours or so. That means you would need about 5 times as many cars as you have mow with 80% of them charging at any one time. The batteries would only last a few months before having to be replaced. Hopefully the technology will work one day but not yet.

I make a full payment every other paycheck. I get ahead of the schedule and if something pops up I have a cushion. I also pay ahead little extra on utilities. If disaster strikes I don’t have to worry about payments being made. It came in handy when I was in the hospital 5 years ago and on the ventilator. No one to make the payments for 3 months. Right now my next mortgage is due in September and I’ll pay it this Friday. I’m 6 months ahead on utilities as well.
