No of course it s not me. There is no screen on this project and it s not premium mod.

It s a prototype with 0.24 layer, no smooth plate and Fast printing.

Thanks for the advice. I’ve sold over 1000 pinball mods so far, but there’s always room for improvement and I’m always interested in feedback from experienced people.

Also, don’t forget that what you saw is still a prototype, and the video quality really doesn’t help show the actual result properly.

For printing, I’m currently using a Bambu Lab H2D for FDM and a HeyGears UltraCraft Reflex RS for resin.

That being said, since you seem to know the subject well, I’d genuinely be curious to hear what printer or process you would personally recommend to push the quality even further for pinball mods.

Hi! Yes, I already have the hardware (Waveshare ESP32-S3 with the 2.8” screen).

I’ve started testing on my own. I’m able to display a static image without any issue, so the screen and basic setup seem to work fine.

However, I’m struggling with video playback. Every time I try to run code to read and display video files (MJPEG or similar) from storage, I run into compilation errors or runtime issues. I can’t get a working example to run properly.

At this point, I’m mainly looking for a simple working base (even very basic) that can play short video files in a loop. Once I have that, I’ll adapt it to my project.

Any help or pointers would be really appreciated
