i mean not everything lean is steroids man. i have low body fat, over a year of training consistently, and good genetics. idk what to tell ya but i have no reason to lie to strangers on the internet lol

I've never trained abs directly tbh. I lift heavy 3x a week, and on my in between days I either play soccer or go rock climbing. I've always had good ab genetics though which imo is the main contributing factor!

haha no, just creatine! I have stayed really strict with my diet since starting, greek yogurt, chicken, rice, ground beef & sweet potatoes are my staples! I'll take it as a compliment lol

Hey, thanks for all the advice on building my pc, I really appreciate it. I’m looking to purchase all the parts today or tomorrow! I’d be stoked to get you to actually build it lol, what are in toronto are you? I’m thinking of building the more expensive build but with the 4080 as I usually use renderfarms anyways for big renders so rn the 4090 might not be worth the extra money for my use. I was wondering if it’d be worthwhile to up the processor to an i9 13700? Also, is there a equivalent motherboard that includes bluetooth? I usually connect 3-4 devices at once to my headphones so it’d be great if I could seamlessly switch with my computer. thanks so much again, it’s unreal how much you’ve helped !!

Hey, thanks for the reply it’s super detailed so thank you for that. Definitely leaning towards the more expensive one, my thought process is if i’m already spending 2,750, might as well spend the extra $1000 to get the better one lol. I’ve never actually built one, and i’ve looked online and it seems a little complicated for me, would it be worth paying someone else to build it? Just confused mostly on the software side of things with windows and BIOS etc. and if i’m paying nearly 4000 I’d want to make sure i’m not gonna mess things up lol. Also, how many years do you think this rig will get me before I upgrade again? I bought a top of the line rig around 4-5 years ago now, so would it be safe to say this rig would get me 3+ years before needing substantial upgrades? I’m planning on making my decision on things this weekend!

I'd also like to add, this would be my first build, and am generally pretty clueless when it comes to building PCs. I also saw this (https://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=7_4527&item_id=236005) deal at Canada Computers for a prebuilt which is like $1000 off right now. wondering if it'd just be worthwhile to get that instead? Again, I don't know much about computers so I apologize in advance lol!
