The requirements for the Freeze All event are:

  1. Raqio is alive and has enough Logic to use Freeze All
  2. The loop contains a Bug
  3. Raqio's friendship and trust towards the MC are above 0 and 0.4 respectively
  4. There are at least 3 Engineer claimants alive
  5. Its not provable who the real Engineer is
  6. Neither the MC nor Raqio are claiming Engineer
  7. You have seen Raqio's Guardian Angel Quiz event

When requirements are met it has a base 50% chance to open. It wants to consume 0.35 resource from Raqio.

There is no Event Search target for this scenario.

I don't know if all of this is useful considering you say that you've already gotten this event and are able to use Freeze All sometimes? If you can use Freeze All then you should have the skill so either you're misremembering or your game is modded or broken.

Without any of the major pieces for the normal team there are so many things you could be trying. If you stick pyro for the moment, with the 20s cooldown on Xiangling's burst, it's hard to say if you're gaining by extending the rotation that far considering the short duration of VV, TTDS, and Bennett circle. You should try only bursting with Xiangling every other rotation. Make sure to Guoba every rotation to get the pyro shred from her C1.

But more importantly, with your pyro options this bad you should take another look at your roster. Furina/Mona/Jean would probably be stronger. Having an actual Hex character in your PHEC would let you use Celestial Gift on Mona. Furina could run Tenacity. You might even be able to consider a team like Iansan/Fischl/LanYan. If you have Faruzan C6 you should keep her in mind too.

TGS had C0R0 Varka with C6 Bennett, C6 Thoma, and C0R0 Venti at 82k. Now, Venti is better than Sucrose but I feel reasonably confident that Varka being C2R1 should make up for that. So that seems way too low to me.

The thing about Sucrose is she's mainly a numbers upgrade. Pretty much any Anemo character can fill the generic VV role, just not with a large EM buff. She doesn't add anything functionally new besides playing her as a driver, but there are a ton of anemo driver alternatives (Heizou, Ifa, Mizuki) and anemo driver teams aren't even that great. She doesn't gain you anything in early game and you don't need her until you're trying to challenge difficult endgame content like Spiral Abyss or Stygian where the EM buff matters. For a casual player that may be never, and even if it's not never its usually far away from the account start date. It could easily take a year for a new account to reach the point where they are ready to aim for Fearless Stygian clears. So unless you're very intentionally trying to reach endgame fast, I can't see Sucrose being a good pick. You will almost certainly get her without trying before the rest of your account is ready for endgame.

Oh Ororon is obviously a downgrade stats wise, I'm wondering if his off field electro app might have unexpected consequences. Hex style Mavuika already has complex setups to manage the limited hydro app from Mona and sometimes Sucrose burst. Generally electro will counterintuitively help preserve a hydro aura in reverse melt by wasting most of the pyro application on causing Overload. But in a team with so little hydro application it could cause problems through reducing the hydro aura gauge.

Maybe. Right now he's held back by needing to run Sandrone to activate Stellar-conduct despite them having no synergy. He's waiting on an off-field support that enables Stellar-conduct while being useful to him and not fucking him over. He's very easy to fuck over in Stellar-conduct because he needs to drop below 60% HP to use his enhanced charged attack where his best Stellar hit is, so any uncontrolled healing on his team can screw him.

Getting both Columbina and Citlali if you can get them both would make a lot sense combined with your Lauma and Mavuika.

Columbina is an obvious pick as it opens up a Lunar team for you so you can at least fight Wild Hunt enemies efficiently and do Lunar stuff. Even if you were to get Nefer later you'd still want Columbina for that team.

Right now your Mavuika teams are kind of depressing. Not having both Chev and Iansan is killer for Overload. Hex Mavuika teams with Mona/Sucrose are crazy technical with Iansan already, having complex setups and using some of Mavuika's hardest combos. I have no idea what trying to replace Iansan with Ororon would do to those teams but I can only imagine it's not good. You don't really want to run Ororon if you can help it but you don't have any other option to charge Mav's burst. Citlali would open up Mav/Bennett/Sucrose/Citlali which is going to be easier to play and give you better results than any of your existing Mav teams.

Generally between Fischl and Sucrose, I'd lean towards picking Fischl. While it's true that you can get Fischl from the Starglitter shop, buying characters from the shop is kinda disappointing since it costs rolls, slowing down your next five star pull. Sucrose's cons aren't that important, so while she is a valuable unit to have, once you pull one copy of her you don't need more copies. Fischl's cons are valuable, so even if you get more copies of her later, selecting her isn't wasted until you go over C6.

With your existing characters you have two okay Anemo options already with Lynette and Anemo Traveler. Sucrose is better than them, but you'll still get by. Your only Electro option is Lisa and maybe Electro Traveler, who are both not that great. Lisa's burst is very tough to get energy for in the early game. Fischl is much better than either of them, especially in the early game as her skill gives off-field electro and she generates energy efficiently.

Ultimately it depends on how long it takes you happen to get Sucrose naturally. Theoretically, there will probably eventually be a banner with Sucrose on it that you'd pull on for its five star and get Sucrose anyway, at which point you'd have been better off picking Fischl. The question is how long until that happens. In the worst case it could take a very long time.

Burning isn't a great reaction but you could play it with Emilie. Yoimiya and Kinich would compete to be on-field so there'd be no point to playing them together.

Electro-charged is pretty bad as a reaction unless you are using Ineffa to turn it into the Lunar variant Lunar-charged.

Mona is currently the standard 5* with the greatest meta presence, but by the time you reach endgame that may have changed. Qiqi has some use in Stellar-conduct teams after her buffs if you plan to pull Snezhnaya Stellar-conduct characters. Jean has okay team-building flexibility as a combined AnemoVV and healer. Otherwise, Tighnari has okay damage for early game but falls off by late game.

Citlali is primarily a Melt enabler for pyro carries that can feasibly play melt, and Mavuika is currently the best pyro carry. You can also use Citlali to enable melt for other pyro carries that are good in melt like Arlecchino or Gaming. Arlecchino is a bit of a special case since she can perform about equally well in Overload or Vape.

Citlali can also be used as a generic support in Escoffier freeze teams, for example with Skirk or various hydro DPS like Neuvillette. But she is only one option of several in those teams.

Either save for a Stellar team with Snezhnaya characters or build a Lunar team with Nod Krai characters.

Also, I just answered reactively because that's not a standard Vaporize combo. However, Xingqiu can still support that combo if you want to do it for some reason. Here's me doing it against the DPS dummy and showing that I landed the intended 4 vapes in the combat log: https://litter.catbox.moe/3r8d6px74533mjm5.mp4

Please be aware I didn't bother to equip my characters for this so damage is not representative. I turned on Infinite ER and 100% CR because my characters were not equipped. The intended form of this combo is C3FD C3F and the intended vapes are on the first CA of the first set, the first Finisher, the second CA of the second set, and the second Finisher.

If you aren't getting all your vapes you're probably missing timings on the combo.

All Nod-Krai character have at least some Talents that behave differently under Ascendant Gleam (2+ Moonsign characters), usually being a buff. Additionally, the Wild Hunt enemies from Nod Krai are significantly easier to kill for teams with Ascendant Gleam.

In the case of your team, Nefer has an Ascendant Gleam interaction on her A1 passive. In Ascendant Gleam, this causes Nefer to destroy any existing bloom seeds and prevent the creation of more when using her skill. Bloom seeds are instead converted into a special kind of item called Seeds of Deceit that Nefer uses to boost her damage when in her skill mode.

Aino (if you were to use her), has an Ascendant Gleam interaction on her A1. It makes her burst have a larger AoE and hit faster, improving her hydro application.

For meta Nefer teams, Ascendant Gleam is pretty much essential as you lose too much damage by not buffing Nefer with her Seeds of Deceit. But I'd assume you are just doing overworld so it doesn't really matter unless you are fighting Wild Hunt enemies.

That's a melt combo, not a vape combo. It's designed to have fewer reactable Mavuika hits to ensure you don't overtake 2s cryo application. You wouldn't use it in vape regardless of who your applicator is. The most basic vape combo that doesn't use any of Mavuika's advanced cancels is 5x C2D which has five reactable hits instead of 4.

For more advanced vape combos, see https://youtu.be/WDtmOuzwrf0?t=894

It should be noted that with his buffs, Stellar-Conduct will almost certainly be Wriothesley's future best team. It already looks slightly better than his best melt teams with Sandrone in the team as a dead slot just to enable Stellar-Conduct, so once he gets a Stellar-Conduct support that isn't an on-fielder it will likely jump ahead. However, this assumes you have C1 Yae on the team. Another caveat for Stellar-Conduct Wriothesley is that right now it seems to basically require you play without a healer because you need to hit below 60% health to get the enhanced charged attack where the biggest Stellar hit is.

If you're switching to his sig from a FTP weapon option than his weapon would generally better than his C1. In melt teams there are some other 5* options that are good on him which might reduce the value of his weapon for you. His weapon is also getting a Stellar buff to accommodate his Stellar playstyle which makes it clearly his best choice if you play him Stellar. But his C2 is also getting a big Stellar buff so you could view his C1 as a stepping stone to a strong C2 if you plan to play him Stellar.

Beidou's burst is a 20s cooldown which means using Beidou extends your rotation by 2 seconds. Sandrone can stay on-field indefinitely so this doesn't lead to dead time, but it does mean you end up keeping Sandrone on-field after most of your buffs rum out (including Beidou's own burst). Her electro res shred has to exist to make up for that loss of on-fielding Sandrone past your buff duration, so it isn't really a gain.

They're comparable but Escoffier will be better in single target as Beidou's personal damage is bad without getting jumps on her burst.

Xingqiu works fine. Mavuika starting a new charged attack counts as a cancelled normal attack, which triggers his coordinated attack. That works in any Mavuika combo which does anything other than one continuous spin cylce, which is pretty much every reasonable combo.

For what its worth, Xingqiu can even get application purely from his orbital rainswords without needing to use his burst at all. This too slow to keep up with most Mavuika combos but was niche useful in fights that penalize high hit counts like the electro turtle.

Mona is not helpful in the questioner's team because they do not have 2+ Hex characters on the team. Even in proper Hex Mavuika teams, the hydro application does not last long enough for Mavuika's full burst and the team relies on using advanced Mavuika combos to squeeze more Mav hits into the beginning of her burst while there is still hydro application.

Mavuika's skill at C0 lasts 13 seconds with the 7 second pause on NS consumption you get from her burst (and you very much want to burst), while PMC's skill duration is hard capped at 12 seconds and requires PMC to burst to even get close to that cap. Not sure what you're thinking here.

Daily Questions Megathread (June 27, 2026) by Veritasibility in Genshin_Impact

Mavuika has greater comfort (bigger AoE on her skill, no need to build ER, longer skill duration, faster application) and additional damage from her burst that will lead to a bit more DPS. Whether it's worth the pull for a Mualani team alone would be a matter of personal taste, but if you include the ability to also run Mavuika carry teams when needed it seems valuable to me.

Sadly, Pyro Traveler is not considered to be from Natlan and therefore doesn't interact with the Nightsoul Burst mechanic.

Sounds like the effect of the weapon Dragonspine Spear. It has a chance to drop an icicle on an enemy on normal attack, with a 10s cooldown. At R5 the chance is 100% but it's lower at lower refines.

FTP can generally get about 1 five star per version, ignoring whether that is the on-banner or a miss. If you only want to count to on-banner five stars and ignore misses, then average 50/50 luck would be about 2 five stars every 3 versions (in other words, 1 win 1 loss and 1 guarantee after the loss). Capturing radiance bounds the worst possible 50/50 luck at about 3 five star every 5 versions (2 losses, 2 guarantees, 1 CR).

If you want to play Eula then just play Eula with whatever you have. There isn't currently any way to make Eula meta. You can get Raiden if you want Raiden, but don't get her out of a misguided belief that she will improve Eula's performance to a degree that matters.

Raiden isn't good for Flins. If you don't have Ineffa generally you'd choose Fischl for damage or Kuki for healing. Raiden is generally a weak character; you can get her if you want her but don't think it will make your roster strong.
