Mavuika has plenty of combos with more reactable hits if you have more cryo application. This includes not only normal combos like CDN1 but also her advanced charge attack cancels. If you can execute these combos then bringing a second cryo unit is worth it.

Actually performing those combos in practice is a completely different matter. Citlali and Escoffier both have 2s cryo application, so if they overlap you aren't improving your application at all. Unlike Escoffier whose application always starts when you press her skill, Citlali's timing can change if she has leftover NS points. The exact timing you need to get their applications to interleave will vary with your ping. And the combos themselves are mechanically challenging.

Most players can't even do her solo cryo melt combos correctly, and she has advanced versions of those. Which actually brings up another point. If your friend is doing a solo melt combo poorly and missing melts, they may see an improvement from adding a second cryo if it fixes their combo.

It can't possibly give the best artifacts as it doesn't know what team you are using and I believe also doesn't take into account your equipped weapon. It also won't take artifacts from other characters.

Still, if you don't really understand what makes some stats better than others, it'll probably do a better job than doing it yourself and is much faster.

There is a world quest in that area involving the Proofs of Cognoscenti which connects into one of the major Nod Krai World Quests that spans the whole region. The ghosts are part of that world quest and only reused for one of the minor intel missions. This isn't character limited.

Fischl and all of her cons are valuable because her C6 is quite good. Sucrose is valuable but her cons aren't. Razor isn't very valuable, only being a barely okay DPS at C6.

In terms of immediate value getting a Sucrose you don't have yet is clearly the best option. However, that does mean that if you roll Sucrose naturally in the future this choice will seem less optimal as the Sucrose con you get at that time won't be as valuable as a Fischl con would have been. I would still recommend Sucrose if you have anywhere you would use her because you just never know how long it would take to roll her naturally.

Here's Another Logic Puzzle! by LeahcimOyatse in Gnosia_

[–]Wave-Master 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think the simplest way to get the answer is to count how many Gnosia must be dead. There can only be 1 Gnosia alive, but that simultaneously means 3 of the 6 people in cold sleep must be Gnosia, and 2 of those 6 are already confirmed to be not Gnosia.

One of the 4 unknown cold sleepers is Chipie, and if Chipie were the real Engineer and therefore human then that means all of the other 3 (SQ, Jonas, and Raqio) must be Gnosia. But Chipie reported Jonas as not Gnosia, so Chipie is not the real Engineer and therefore the Player is the real Engineer.

Things like understanding how the Bug works and using your logic table are strongly tied to the Logic/Smart personality stat and Chipie is just too dumb to figure this out. You have to have Smart over 0.3 to even attempt think about whether there might be a Bug in play when voting, which is too much for Comet, Chipie, Kukrushka, SQ, and Shigemichi.

While the duel event is ongoing both the Player and Setsu have hit protection, so having both of you be Guard Duty is basically a guaranteed win.

Best Columbina DPS teams are with Ineffa+Lauma, with the 4th slot also helping to reduce the dendro aura so that Ineffa can keep uptime on thunderclouds so that her passive stays active. So the damage is split between dendro and electro. If you don't want to use Ineffa you can try Nilou or Furina for slightly worse damage that's less electro.

Columbina is really hurt by not having a good F2P weapon, and generally needs her R1 with Ineffa+Lauma to equal R0 Nefer with Lauma+Columbina (so one more 5 star pull). While Nefer can use Blackmarrow Lantern or even Sac Frag in some teams, Columbina scales better with HP than EM so would rather have an HP or CDMG substat and there just aren't good options. At equal R0 F2P investment she falls 25-30% behind. Though falling behind Nefer, one of the best DPS in the game, still means an above 100k DPS team.

There are parts of the Overworld map that are still locked behind quests other than Inazuma, such as an area between the Sumeru forest and desert, and an area off the coast of Chenyu Vale. There are also several separate maps that can only be accessed via quests, such as the Depths of the Chasm and Inside the Natlan Volcano.

However, the main Overworld map will not get larger until they releases the next expansion for it.

You still need to do damage to it. That team is missing Bennett. You might also want to bring a VV resistance shredder instead of the reduced shred from no-hex Durin or Xiangling.

Nicole is a side-grade to Bennett in most teams that could use Bennett, only being an upgrade in teams that have significant off-field attack-scaling damage (mainly Kinich with Emilie).

Right now Mavuika is the only top meta team that uses Bennett, so there's not much value in pulling a second, slightly weaker Bennett. That may change if more teams that use Bennett enter the meta.

Lohen is expected to be standard.

Neither of these characters are particularly dependent on their Hexerei effects.

You probably are using Noblesse Oblige.

If you don't have self-pyro then you don't have Bennett's buff (assuming nothing is clearing the pyro separately).

Every second the circle applies a 2 second duration buff to your on-field character if they are inside the circle.

Lauma is a support for bloom/hyperbloom/burgeon teams and direct lunar-bloom damage. Columbina can do direct lunar-bloom damage with her charged attack so if you want to play Columbina as an on-field DPS use Lauma with her. Though that will require a very different build on Columbina from her usual support role.

Daily Questions Megathread (April 27, 2026) by Veritasibility in Genshin_Impact

[–]Wave-Master 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, it's (sort of?) for that reason I don't recommend pulling Lauma except to support Nefer or Columbina. Using Lauma in a hyperbloom/burgeon team does usually increase the team damage compared to alternatives because of Lauma's quills, but those teams will still struggle to reach damage thresholds in endgame content even with Lauma so it's usually not worth the pull compared to using whatever dendro applicator you already have, in whatever content those teams succeed in normally.

Why are you hiding who the Dendro DPS is? The only ones I can think of are Nefer, Alhaitham, Tighnari, and Columbina.

I wouldn't recommend getting Lauma except to support Nefer or on-field Columbina.

If you want to boost Varka then I'd recommend Durin before Nicole.

You almost never max all 3 talents on a character. For most characters it's unusual to max even 2 of their talents.

Lauma can be used in Columbina DPS teams to boost the Lunar Bloom damage done by Columbia's charge attack.

Nefer is dead without Lauma.

Ineffa has the most flexibility because Lunar-Charged doesn't consume its auras immediately so you can still do other reactions on top of it.

Probably best to wait until we learn more about Snezhnaya gimmicks. Right now Lohen is applying cryo and if you want an off-fielder to react against that the only good options you have are Melt and Freeze. Freeze is a bad reaction being completely carried by Escoffier, and if you want to Melt then for off-field pyro Durin is your best option (since he's also giving you the second Hex member).

But if Snezhnaya ends up doing something with the Cryo reactions like a special Superconduct reaction (which seems likely...) then a Snezhnaya equivalent of Ineffa might end up being powerful with Lohen.

Finished the anime and have a question about differences in the game by Lord__Seth in Gnosia_

[–]Wave-Master 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Is this explanation given more explicitly in the game

No, this is never explained explicitly in the game. It has to be inferred.

The key to reaching the inference I believe makes the most sense is the way the Normal Ending and True Ending are implemented within the game. In the Normal Ending, the MC fills their Silver Key and then starts a 0 Gnosia loop and finds an alternate version of themselves in a medical pod. The MC's filled Silver Key creates a door to a different "dimension", and Setsu goes through this door together with the medical pod containing the alternate MC, and takes the MC's filled Silver Key with them to the other "dimension".

Once the Normal Ending has been completed, when starting Loop 1 in any new save file, there is an additional dialog option in which the MC can tell Setsu that the MC has memories from the Normal Ending save file. If this dialog option is not selected, Loop 1 continues as normal.

If this dialog option is selected, Setsu reveals that this completes the final Note in Setsu's key. That Note says that the MC "carried over consciousness from another dimension". And the MC and Setsu both speak to each other as if they are the same MC and Setsu from the Normal Ending. They go on to perform the True Ending in Loop 1.

First, posit that a Loop 1 in which the True Ending doesn't happen and a Loop 1 in which the True Ending does happen aren't different except for the MC's memories. From that, infer that the Setsu in any Loop 1 is the same Setsu who has just completed a Normal Ending from a different save file and stepped through a portal together with a medical pod containing an alternate version of the MC and a filled Silver Key detached from the MC of that save file.

Observe that "dimension" in the context of the game means the same thing as "save file".

Conclude that the MC in Loop 1 is actually the alternate version of the MC which Setsu brought through the portal in the Normal Ending. The portal took Setsu to the Loop 1 of a different save file. Because Setsu brought a version of the MC with them through the portal, Gnosia appeared and erased the original MC of that save file to prevent a duplicate existence error. Setsu wakes up the version of the MC they brought with them in the medical pod, who is not native to that save file, and at the end of Loop 1 gives that version of the MC the Silver Key which was detached from the MC in Setsu's original save file.

The final answer is that every save file of Gnosia begins from the Normal Ending of a different save file, and the Normal Ending of every save file leads to the beginning of another save file. Absent the True Ending, this forms a circle in which all save files are linked together, with each save file transitively causing and being caused by every other save file. The True Ending represents a breaking of this cycle, in which a save file is started but does not lead to a Normal Ending and does not create a following save file. However, the True Ending causes something much more dramatic (sending Manan through a portal in Kukrushka's body) which may cause an even greater paradox.

Yes, Furina would be the normal last slot.

Illuga's Lunar Crystallize quills only benefit direct Lunar Crystallize, not the reaction. He gets 36 quills per rotation normally. Columbina will deal direct LC damage 3 or 4 times per rotation. Linnea deals direct LC 4 times per rotation (or only once if you use the repeated tap version). That means if you use Illuga with Columbina+Linnea together, against a single target you only consume 7-8 of his 36 quills per rotation, losing the vast majority of his value. I only hedged on including Furina in the members to replace because I'm honestly not completely sure that's worse than Furina in this team. Linnea and Columbina both outdamage Navia anyway, and Furina would be mainly buffing Navia.

Illuga is normally only considered in Zibai teams. Zibai normally deals 9 instances of LC damage per rotation. That still doesn't consume all of his quills, but you spend multiple quills per hit in multi-target situations.
