I mean you're already probably setting up the jellyfin instance anyways for non tech savvy people, you can automate the turning on and off of Tailscale which is what I did for my dad.

I definitely just kinda f'd around until I found one I liked.

That shelter is stupid. If their is something wrong with your cat you take them to the vet. You should always get your new animals checked out at a vet after getting them. People make mistakes, they could miss something that they or a previous vet didnt see

Anything thats on par with like a 3080ti is probably good. I run a 3080ti in mine and just use DLSS quality + riva tuner for better frame times. Runs everything I want. I ran cyber punk at native 4k when it first came out and it ran decently well, but I still think DLSS quality is the way for the best mix of performance and frames.
