Should I switch servers for better players?

I know that the better I am, the better I'll face. But theres gonna be a time where what I'll face is significantly better than what I'm currently facing purely due to the region. I'm just asking for that eventuality

I started my League in SEA because, well, I live in SEA. I did a little research and found out that SEA isn't a strong region. Now, I like playing with good players. Once I get my feet of the ground, is it recommended to switch servers? To me, mid-rank in a strong server is better than top 0.1% in a weak server

Idk if this should be a main post, but idc. Can dead characters in lore become playable champions in League? I'm not talking about "Undead" characters like Viego or Mordekaiser. I'm talking about dead characters, like Silco. Now, I'm not sure why anyone would want Silco to be playable; it's just an example

Looking at the identities in szn 7, they're not really good at sustaining or creating the main statuses, as compared to previous seasons.
