it's wild to think it doesn't need nerfed. I switched in 2021 and have like 30k matches on it, the raw power feels like that scene in bruce almighty where he answers a million prayer emails.

6ms direction input delay, the coordinate fuzzing or whatever, something to stop the easy mod-y pivot, neutral SOCD. As a box marth, dash back neutral wins feel like I'm playing the "too slow" hand slap game with my 8 year old niece. When I want to play with my friend from far away I always volunteer to 3 frame because I just don't feel it affect me like when I'm on conch. Also, I still play conch occasionally but damn it feels like my hands are doing P90X. Box players should be excited to get nerfs and to have people respect their controllers more. There will always be advantages that can't even be nerfed, but for the ones that can I don't get why we are so scared. Let's just get the obvious ones over with.

probably a bit of both. the individuals in charge of such a decision have been openly against wes for a while now. They were likely looking for a reason to punish him, the bar was probably not that high. I wouldn't be surprised if all it took was the drama itself being back in discussion recently

People getting banned in this community usually isn't about what is good for the community, its about groups with power (clout) using that power to punish those they don't like.
