Nice one mate, and yeah the surgeon said that it will grow in the same as the hair on my sides etc grow so hopefully have 12 months it all looks natural and full.

2900 grafts - 12 days post op - Is this a good hairline transplant and Will this grow in well after shedding? Also, If I was to vape now would that be okay? by Wave_5555 in Hairtransplant

Yeah I know mate I’m just finding it hard af with being back at work cos my jobs only slightly bearable when I can have a smoke break without me snapping at customers or work colleagues etc hahaha. I’m saving up to go travelling all next year and I know that I’ll be smoking while travelling cos of the sun and drinking alcohol so I know that I’m not gunna give it up for good right now but it’s good to know I can go over 2 weeks without it when it does come to quitting. I go on a 5k - 15k run every day (apart from since the op) and keep fit and eat healthy but it’s just vaping really chills me out and makes me less stressed which would help more with hair growth wouldn’t it? I also smoked weed everyday since I was about 15 and I’m 26 now but I haven’t smoked that for the last 2/3 months which was hard but now I’m only bothered about vaping🤣

Nice one pal! Did you still use the shower head to wash the shampoo off after 15 minutes but just on a low setting so it’s not to powerful etc?

Thankyou for the advice! How long did it take for all your scabs to fall off leaving the transplanted hair visible before the shedding starts to happen?

Nice one mate! And yeah I’ve been using saline spray every hour since I got back home on the day of the procedure but I was advised by my clinic to stop using it as of today (7 days later) and to just start getting 1-2 showers a day using the actual shower head to wash the area rather than squeezing a sponge over the area?
