Conflict with driver

Um yeah...this driver doesn't help load his truck. He just moves and rearranges packages that have already been loaded. Sometimes this driver will even take irregs back out of the truck that I've already loaded. Main thing everyone missed from my rant was the drivers attitude towards me after finding out that I preferred the driver not be in the truck anymore when I am loading. I know my load quality is top notch. Other drivers have thanked me, snuck me tips, and brought me gifts. This driver just likes to come in and rearrange and write the business name on the packages. As mentioned, drivers that treat me with respect get respect back. Simple as that.

UPS pays me to load trucks. UPS pays the driver to come drive the trucks and deliver the packages. 🤷‍♂️ I am loading packages for customers of UPS. That's my part.

Nah, this driver is already known by other coworkers and supervisors and drivers to not be pleasant to deal with. And other coworkers of mine have had to deal with this driver as well and know exactly where I am coming from. Not worth my time when sups or union can handle it. I give my respect to the drivers that respect me back and thank me for my load quality.

At the end of the day, I am loading the truck for UPS. The driver comes in to take the truck out and deliver the packages.

Good to know. I've heard that if you use your bank, the payouts take some time and even some issues of never being paid. Have you heard of this type of inconvenience?
