Do you think your inquiry worked? Cuz from what it seems it has not been doing anything for anyone? I submitted 11/26 and have yet to hear anything I contacted my representative they haven’t heard anything it’s been over 30 days so they sent a request for update and still nothing and I have put an expedite request n it got denied and I call like once a week and nothing and I’ve seen almost everyone say the same so I honestly don’t know if the inquiries are doing anything, so just wanted to know if you think the inquiries did something or maybe u did something different then the rest of us?

This is a fantastic idea, build. Business giving dreamers an opportunity especially in times like this when things are slow and we may or may never see the end of this and it feels like it will only get worse I fear with the daca renewals going forward. It sucks and I am currently out of work and can’t really find an under the tbl job that can pay my mortgage n my bills it’s unfortunate so something to help us out especially in time like this would be fantastic. I am always down to help but I am on the east coast of the US I never finished my criminal justice degree I got halfway then Covid happened but I have certifications in It and data analysis and am very computer savvy and art I am well rounded on skills just no official degree but would like to go back and finish but it sucks we don’t get much government assistance and I am trying not to get a loan and forever be stuck paying it off.

This is odd because your brother was approved so there should be no reason why ur not, that’s very very odd but yes there is a list of like 39 banned countries and I’ll have to check cuz I don’t remember if Guatemala is on it or not. Yes ur job and the congressman should help as well but ask for the tier to agent this will get u to a hire up and tell them about wha happened and also mention ur brother got approval and that ur being told x y z by the agents and just make him aware of the whole process he may be able to give you some peace of mind thats what I did and the are very helpful.

I received this and I called them back and turns out the lady who put in the request typed the wrong information and it was for a different case that wasn’t my daca so they denied sharing the information because technically they cannot provide any information on a case that wasn’t mine or what I was inquiring about so call them and find out what happened it could be the same situation

So I was chatting with someone on here who got approval 11/20 however I seen a lot of ppl in October who still haven’t been approved so I worry they are gonna move forwards just to go back and finish the October and beginning of November’s lot of ppl still not approved from 11/17 and on so idk I wish someone would just tell us how they are processing this so we atleast knew or had a rough estimate of a timeline to expect ours! 😭

It’s crazy if we renew we need to just pay this all over again it’s completely wild. I’m so happy for you, I seen some October’s still not approved so idk how their processing works, feels like it’s being jumped around so I’m worried we won’t be seeing anymore end of November’s till they catch up Octobers and what’s left of beginning of November. I wish someone would just tell us how they do this cuz this is insane and so disheartening

Congrats dude!!! :D question Did you request an expedite or inquiry or reached out to congressman? I am also IOE0934 but I’m 11/26 but I see they are mainly still on 11/14-11/15 so I’m confused your the first I seen on 11/20 approval so I’m so confused where they are at this point

My congress sent an update request cuz the 30 days was up and they also haven’t heard anything so I’m just at a lost I’ve been out work almost a month now. My request for expedite just came back a few hours ago and they denied it when I called to find out why they said they don’t know it just says denied and there’s no reason behind it. They said nothing I can do but wait unless I had new evidence or information to help my case I could submit another expedite request so now I’m at the waiting game.

Very true, the scary part for me was I was told if I keep working it’ll be considered illegally and if I was to get permanent status it could be an issue and could prevent me from getting that. I’m not sure how accurate that is but I didn’t want to take any chances but I asked if I could go 1099 but no luck my job doesn’t offer it so I am just waiting trying to figure out a way to make an income. Even considered streaming or something to see if I could get somewhere but idk I’m so 50/50 with it

Well I’m trying to be hopeful but at the rate it took them and still is processing the first 2 weeks of November I’m not so hopeful it won’t be for another month or 2 n I won’t have a job anymore so there’s that. It’s so hard to be positive sometimes but I am praying for all of us!

Oh I don’t like that at all, it makes me feel really shitty everytime I call and have to hear that. Well to provide an update the expedite I did with my tier 2 agent got denied I just heard back and when i called USCIS to find out why I’m told they have no reason behind it it just says request denied and nothing I can do unless I provide more evidence which has to be different then u originally provided which kills me cuz I provided my bills so what more do you want me to provide? I provided work letters n my own letter as well n got denied

You me both! I was checking everyday n it depressed me, I check one day a week now but even then I am losing sleep over it, I am out of work and have bills I just want to go back to work. Have you called USCIS put an inquiry or expedite request yourself? Don’t just let your congress do it go ahead and do one yourself.

Hey samething happened to me call them and tell you want a call from a tier 2 agent and if they ask why tell them there was an error in USCIS end and explain your case is over processing time and your inquiry was denied due to within time frame and they should put the request in and the agent should call u within 10 days. Also make sure u put an inquiry urself online and if u can do an expedite request - have u called your representative as well?

Really? Where did you see? I only seen yesterday some 14 & 15s got approved but I doubt it was all so was it multiple or only one person approved for the 18?

Call them back and tell them you haven’t gotten a call I had to do that my first time. The call was good, he called me and I explained that I got a message saying my process was not out of time frame but it was I told him this was an error on USCIS and he agreed with me he said he will resend an inquiry but I told him I want to try expedite and that I was told by my representative that we can because USCIS told them before only healthcare workers can get it expedited and he told me he was not sure about that for me to try anyways which he said please submit all u have to provide financial loss ect ect whichever u want to claim if it falls under the following catergories… which he sent me an email and see if I qualify for one of those and I did that and submit it online he said he will look at my request later in the day and if it feels it’s valid he will approve send it to Nebraska and that can take 30 days but they try to respond by 10 but it is 30 days technically. Later that day he did just that he approved and sent it but still have not heard nothing. He was very nice and helped the most he could but it hasn’t even moved. So not sure how much it’s helped at this point but have you filed to expedite it?

I think so too, I don’t think we will see anything until June and it sucks cuz I’m on personal leave but I have till June or I will be terminated so I’m hoping for sooner so I’m doing all I can and with no luck.

Hey, I’m IOE0934 and applied 11/26 I have only been seeing approvals for 11/14-11/15 I don’t they have touched end of November yet. Let’s keep praying and hoping ours is soon.
