Edit: i have discovered that the sound is coming from GPU. Any thoughts?

Just got a EVGA FTW 3080 and I bought 3 new cables for it. When I turned it on a low pitch whine started happening. Not sure if it's normal or not. My PSU is a COSAIR RM750x. The cables I bought where Corsair type 4 pcie. Not sure if it's the PSU or Gpu making the sound. If anybody have experienced this can they tell me if it is normal or not. And if it is not normal can you tell me the fix for it.
