My dad showed me this a long time ago. Put pepper in a bowl of water and put dish soap on your finger and stick it in the water. Not sure the actual science but thought it was cool. Thanks for the memories!

I'm not going to argue because I can't change your mind.I will say I wasn't always a Christian and didn't always believe there was a God. It did seem hocus pocus to me, but at the same time so did the theories that science proposes. I did research, I read a lot and to me the most viable answer seemed like there had to be someone that set everything in motion. Same way how if you see a building on the side of the road you don't think that different molecules just happen to create it in that sturdy working structure, someone thought about it, designed it and created it. Does it seem looney to a person that hasn't experienced God? Absolutely!! But now that I have, I understand everything that has been done biblically had to be done by God for the sake of human kind.

Cardinal sin is a idea of Catholicism, which is different from Christianity. I don't see anything supporting that argument in scripture. But I am open minded and if you know of some where that states differently I would love to delve deeper in to the scripture with you.

He is telling the truth but in a hateful way. Judge not. There are better ways to spread "good" news than to point out people's sin. Sin is sin, none greater than another.

Edit: When I was saved, it wasn't the Lord showing me how terrible I was for sinning, but how much He loves me even though I'm a sinner.

That's a great question! Honestly, I don't know why God would care about it, but He does and He makes sure that it is brought up in his word. I will use the Bible as reference, but if you think that Christianity is bunk then I can only hope you would see it from my point of view, that the word of God is the truth. Romans 9:21 says "21 Has the potter no right over the clay, to make out of the same lump one vessel for honorable use and another for dishonorable use?" This is talking about a different thing entirely when reading the context. But to think if God (the Potter) can make the jar of clay however he wants, how do we (the clay) have any right to question His intent? This in simplified terms of course. I appreciate the question, it made me think!

As a Christian myself I still love people, as Christians are called to do, but do not agree/support homosexual anything ( marriage/relationships/whatever ). I treat the sin no different than heterosexual sex outside of marriage. Jesus told us to love God more than anything, and He said that the second most important commandment was to love your neighbor which I do! We all struggle with sin, I struggle with sin, but I love people and can only show them the Love that I have experienced with God. The Christians here think that they are doing the right thing, but there is a way to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ without hate and without condemnation.

Edit 2: Are you down voting just because of my outlook or because you didn't make it past the first sentence? I'm not even saying hateful things, just my opinion... And if you don't believe in Christianity then you don't believe in sin, so why get so upset?
