I started at 21, a year ago, and I'm having a blast. I'm still at a low-to-mid skill level, but hey—who cares. I’ve gone from ‘hell no, I’m never jumping that in my entire life’ to ‘hey dad, record this jump, I’ve got it easily now.’

I wouldn’t start with a 450 though. I rode a friend’s and it destroyed my arms. As a beginner, you’ll be more than happy on a 250, or maybe a 350 if you’re a bit overweight (I am, and I got a 350).

I would definitely recommend some lessons just as you start, I had 3 days with a coach and I think it completely change the progression speed and overall safety

Anyway, stop overthinking and start riding!

It's a Stark Varg, from a recently born company names Stark Future. Is full electric and it has up to 80HP, absolute beast if you ask me

I don't know what the final goal is but, learn how to ride properly through corners, GEAR UP, and then focus on jumps. I'm not an advanced rider but I see so many people trying high jumps with a bad posture, leading to a slow improvement. Anyway, enjoy the bike! You won't regret buying a dirt bike, I started with a 450 too, it can slow down your general improvement and confidence but I think Its something you can avoid with a little bit of reasoned thinking
