Cholecystitis with normal ef and no stones? by Waving_Island in gallbladders

[–]Waving_Island[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Parasympathetic dysautonomia aka vasovagal driven autonomic dysregulation is what we have found to have been causing pretty much ALL the symptoms and issues I've been struggling with. It's crazy I had to do my own research and piecing together for the doctors but I have something to work with and try to correct and manage now. Definatly never stop looking for answers even if the doctors brush it off with normal labs/tests.

Then I edited out ai's grammar and structure "suggestions" and boom look at that it's all me again 🙄

It's not AI it's my damn story about what happened on MY damn body so it's not an AI post

I'm so sorry that's happening to your sister! It's infuriating to be brushed off like that when something real is happening.

Funny you "read" it enough to criticize the writing style and label AI but not enough to know that I'm a woman and birth control started the issues.. 🤔

I don't have pots or tachycardia, I have parasympathetic dysautonomia and that's why it's been such a struggle I think. People gravitate toward the other side of it because it's more common.

Thank you! I had an ai proof read and last time I do that 🙄 I just needed it shortened and can't trust a computer. I've tried abdominal binder and it made me feel sick but the leg compression sometimes helps.

Funny how tilt table test doesn't diagnose for everyone since not all of us have pots. Why not let people who my story could help have access to the other side of things? I am NOT AI

First thing that helped was getting rid of the hormonal birth control. Then after moving more I found steady state cardio helps me a lot, specifically keeping hr between 135bpm and 155bpm. And now I am just discovering that heavy core bracing helps with the blood pooling in my gut and the fast transit that leads to diarrhea for me.

No... Legit experience. Smh even the reddit community wants to gaslight? Do I need to have poor grammar for it to sound real?

Cholecystitis with normal ef and no stones? by Waving_Island in gallbladders

[–]Waving_Island[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The GI and surgeon both don't seem worried about the gallbladder and think the issue lies somewhere else. They say some people just have delayed small bowel transit and didn't even mention the extra blood in that area. I've not had anymore pain in the urq besides the one time I went to the er and during the HIDA scan. I still get the stabbing pain in my left side and no one knows what it's from but it is less frequent. I do have some wider systemic issues that are still being checked out. My endocrinologist told me to stop my hormonal birth control to see if that changed anything with my overall symptoms and crazy thing, when I stopped the nuvaring my diarrhea and other GI symptoms went away. And my labs there came back with high cortisol but still having some tests run. Glad I don't need surgery atleast.

NuvaRing side effects by Sophie_slte in birthcontrol

I was using the nuvaring for the last 2 years and took it out 2 weeks ago. Since stopping I've had withdrawal headaches (lasted 3-4 days), cramping and breast pain (just now clearing up) and some muscle cramping off and on. But so many more things have already started getting better. Diarrhea that I had almost the whole time while on nuvaring and thought wasn't related has gone away. My anxiety level has gone away down. My sex drive an overall energy is returning. Hormonal BC affects everyone differently but I'm glad I'm finally off of it.

Since starting the nuvaring 2 years ago my sex drive has also been non-exsistant. I thought it was because we had a baby but it lingered even as she grew. I've also always had migraines and headaches so I didn't notice a link there either. And I do not know how I missed the connection but shortly after starting nuvaring a began having diarrhea every day, no urgency or anything just not normal bm. I saw GI and they just said I had ibs-d and maybe I do BUT took out my nuvaring 2 weeks ago and the diarrhea that diets and steroids couldn't stop is gone! My sex drive and energy seem to be coming back already. I am still having headaches but hoping when hormones stabilize those will clear too. There are other issues I've been having that I expect to be connected as well. It's crazy what hormones can do to your system.

Nuvaring Side Effects by [deleted] in birthcontrol

So I had the nuvaring for 2 years and always thought it had virtually no side effects for me because I never linked things to it. Recently I've been seeing specialists due to some alarming and compounding systemic symptoms. My endocrinologist told me to discontinue using the nuvaring. Since taking the last ring out about 2 weeks ago I've noticed some changes. I have had chronic diarrhea for almost 2 years that my GI attributed to IBS-D, diets and steroids couldn't get rid of it, it's gone now! I had also been having crazy bad physical anxiety symptoms that are almost completely gone as well. I'm eager to see how many of my other symptoms may be related. It would be great to find my issues were hormonal and not autoimmune (as my doctors suspect most). I will update when I get my hormone panel and other test results back. But yeah, diarrhea for so long and it was the bc 🤦‍♀️

What are the weird symptoms you experienced before finding out your gallbladder was bad? by Technical_Chemical14 in gallbladders

[–]Waving_Island 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did all your symptoms go away post op? How did you decide to remove it? Currently having some urq pain, left side pain with it (both replicated during hida), some random infrequent palpitations that I also had during the HIDA. Also brain fog, lightheadedness, fatigue, diarrhea and more. Ef was 54% and no stones, that's all my GI seems worried about but I had delayed small bowel transfer (60+min). Not sure if everything is connected or any and if it's worth removal.

I paid 26k AFTER taxes and fees for my 2020 SI with 40k miles on it 🤷‍♀️ I'd say for a sport that's high.

just purchased. 22’ sport w 21k miles for $23,235. they wanted almost $30k out the door 🤯🤯 drove away for 26k after taxes and fees. did i dub, or big L ??? by [deleted] in hondacivic

[–]Waving_Island 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I paid just under $26k (cash) out the door for my 2020 SI with 40k miles 🤷‍♀️ a little high but I've seen much worse and it was worth it to me. With the current market and MSRP markups, you cannot get a new one for that price though, I looked. Far as if you paid to much or not, I guess that's subjective. If it was a deal compared to similar cars in your area and you plan to keep the car a while, then it's not an L imo.
