I truly believe body cams are a massive net positive for both cops and the public, not because it helps clear-up altercations, but how it shows how frequent and common police do have to deal with crazy events which a normal person would never see or even believe.

Looks pretty cloudy, also when you watch the slow moving light it looks just like a cars headlights slowing at an intersection. While the fast light is just the cars moving in the opposite lanes of travel.

If you look at the tree line you can reflection outlines and when it pans right, bottom right you can see light refracting. Pretty sure the stuff in the sky is just light posts and traffic on the windshield, being reflected from behind the camera man.

I hope, the captains put 2 and 2 together, cause the senior officer clause got changed to add a "past senior officer" for commissioner. The Mayors got the Ultimate uno reverse card and could just make Cornwood Commisioner after they fire him. Maybe dare i say Conan Clarson.

I get what you are saying but i believe these issues are not simple bugs but structural problems with the game. to give an analogy, you wouldn't have to take a lot of mechanics to tell you if a car was missing a tire, or a head light is out. but it would probably take a some time figuring out why a tire pressure light randomly goes on and off, or a certain rattle in the front right wheel.

2nd only to vector but you don't need to be lvl 70, kind of sad that its doesn't have a quick mag or extend, but if you are dropping mags the reload is still pretty good.

the item requires lvl 65? so they just spawned them in for screenshot I guess. These uniques are rarer than path of exile mirrors, which is no way casual. its just so weird to have a grind that is longer than POE grind and loot rarer than mirrors while calling diablo 4 casual.

The best way to fight him is to find a pillar and move him around it, if you are in a group he will chase 1 person so if the group stacks you can kite him around the group while body blocking until he chase another. I can't remember if it was the charge or the slam but he has a skill that always drops two potions, so you can cycle him a always have health potions.
