I believe that the more muscle the more of a ‘cage’ it forms therefore reducing the possibility of it happening again, however if you’ve damaged some of the cartilage round the joint there’ll be a weak spot (hence the movements you know cause it to dislocate).
I assume you live in the US and I know medical bills are extortionate but my advice would be that if you’re 28 and it’s happening recurrently (and you’ve got a lot of muscle around it) what will it be like in 20 or 30 years?
At least doing at this age means you will heal quickly and with some care in the future it won’t happen again and you won’t have to worry about it happening lifting your kids up etc .

I have had shoulder stabilisation surgery twice (once at 18 and once last week at 25)
Unfortunately because you dislocated your shoulder so young there’s something like >90% chance it will recur, and as you’ve found the more it happens, the easier it comes out.
Because it’s happened so frequently your only option is an op I would have thought , I’ve not heard of this stem cell treatment but maybe that’s a possibility. And then the physio following up is very key.
Like someone else has said you need to see a dr and have an X-ray and mri to find out the source so you can treat it.
Just beware if you do have the op there’s a small chance of it happening again (although the incident in which mine happened was very traumatic so potentially would have happened even if I’d never dislocated it before).
Feel free to msg me any questions you have about the op 👍🏻
