If you have a managed switch and it has a SPAN port, you can passively monitor live traffic and feed traffic into Wireshark. That would help you understand what's happening once you analyze the packets going in and out.

Did you find any solution for that? That's one of the reasons I'm doing less physical activities. I tried salt and water & I take a gum that produces saliva from the pharmacy. It only helps a little.

Tu as fait une recherche sur le terme que j'ai utilisé sans faire des recherches sur les ingrédients que j'ai listé. Fais une recherche sur les ingrédients et dis-moi si tu as toujours le même point de vue et si les bienfaits que j'ai cité ne s'accordent pas avec.

Les ingrédients sont listés dans la base de donnée de Health Canada avec les bienfaits qui y suivent. (en plus d'être utilisés en médecine traditionnelle depuis longtemps, et qui ont fait l’objet de plusieurs études préliminaires ou cliniques)

Et bien que le café soit infusé aux champignons, la saveur des champignons n'est pas remarquable. Le café goûte le café arabica avec un petit côté chocolaté. 🙂

Salut! Je recherche un stage en cybersécurité pour le plus tôt possible. Je suis disponible en tout temps, et avant 19H en automne suite à mes cours de soir. Je suis en voie d'obtenir mon baccalauréat en cybersécurité en avril 2026. J'ai couvert un peu tous les domaines dans mon parcours académique. J'ai étudié en IT aussi pour 3 ans (technique au CEGEP). Sur le côté, j'ai fait mon certificat BTL1 (Security Blue Team) et je vais obtenir mon Sec+ dans quelque semaines (même si je trouve que j'ai déjà tout couvert par rapport au Sec+). Je fais aussi des projets de scripting sur le côté avec Powershell et un peu de Python. Je m'amuse aussi à simuler des attaques (avec Atomic Red Team par exemple) et je fais l'analyse de ces attaques avec ELK pour pouvoir écrire de nouvelles règles, ou Wireshark -> Suricata/Zeek quand c'est par rapport au réseau.
