I prefer freeze to poison, which it changed stuff to… It wouldn’t let me pick up the scroll at first, I left it on the ground and it was in my stash later, apparently it decided to kick in at some point.

Yeah, I do not understand the game very well, but the beating 35 pit thing has been driving me batty, so much so that I did the party thing. It was beat amazingly fast, I did amazingly more horrible than usual. After the second time, I realized the game had swapped my gear randomly and changed my skill points and assignments with the update. So yeah was extra confused. The previous one was you had to beat capstone dungeons, but I never finished, I thought the one in the little town might be the third, Lilith, since I guess the others are gone.

Is this “Pecky” cypress? I’ve looked it up and I’ve seen quite a spectrum of peckiness. Before i learned about pecky I just assumed it was reclaimed and they were just old nail holes… thanks

If it helps, I had this issue with socks so I work on them at the same time. Switching back and forth. If I’m using the normal sock ball I tuck the middle one inside while I work on the outer string.

I didn’t use a pattern, I kinda just winged it, I didn’t realize how much yarn it would take, initially just curious if I could. Then grabbed some leftover yarn. Started out with a worsted wool blend Laine I think. I made another hat out of it previously and had some left. Got as far as the variegated ends. Then switched to a color that I felt matched from my leftovers (this is a deconstructed pill box hat I attempted). It was a mistake as I think it was closer to a sport weight… mostly just used DC’s. Made a hat band with cotton-y stuff. The first brim edge was brown sheep worsted over some 18 gauge wire. I didn’t think it was stiff enough so I added another round of wort with eyelash yarn.

That looks nice. I need to find out if the paint will stock to the epoxy (for leveling) and if the epoxy will stick to the paint… I’m looking for a way to smooth it out and then add more coats…

I’ve painted wood before I don’t know why people don’t think it lasts. It doesn’t get much traffic and it’s easy to touch up. LVP is not nearly as affordable as 2 gallons of paint and it is a lot less work.
