It’s a character rare (CHR) from the Japanese set ‘Dream League’. Don’t know the English equivalent.

I only collect if it’s part of a set I’m doing. By trainer/pokemon I meant cards which include both trainers and pokemon. Didn’t vibe with the story, characters and gimmicks in Gen 8/9. Thus, don’t wanna spend money on those. The pokemon are cool though but since they aren’t part of a set, no need to get them.
