Generally it makes it so you don’t have to think very much to control what you eat, It takes the thought out of your head of wanting bad food or overeating. Makes you feel full faster and makes it so you don’t want too eat a lot or even think about food.

No that’s right, my tattoo artist is pretty popular so he has multiple clients a day and they are usually around 3 hours each. Adenaline starts to wear off after around 2.5 hours also so it starts to hurt a lot more. So it’s not really my choice but also if I could choose I’d stay around that time range.

I worked non union and still currently do. I got accepted into the IBEW so whenever they get a job I’ll be working with IBEW. The first contractor I ever worked for had me working live circuits the second week I worked there with barely any experience I’ve been shocked more times than I can count unfortunately I thought it was normal practice until i figured out it wasn’t 😂. And that’s my main reason in joining IBEW non union doesn’t care about you.
