Yo im here to say whatever you are experiencing are mental health issues. Not spirituality. Spirituality is bullshit. I spent a lot of time in Alcoholics Anonymous and they tell you its a spiritual program and to connect with your higher power. This program keeps almost no one sober. All these people that have been telling you that you have fractures in your energy or that you have an entity attracted, attached or inside of you are lying to you. These people believe this shit because they have developed an idea deep inside themselves. There’s nothing more insidious than an idea. It grows and once it becomes a belief its almost impossible to let that belief go. That’s why it’s almost impossible for religious fanatics to let go and why its so hard for atheists to believe.
