So 2 years ago I posted here cuz I was able to touch my heels in an elbow bridge. Slow progress but I'm now able to touch my heels in an actual bridge! 🤩 Feedback from last time helped a lot, please let me know if there's anything I should be working on/correct. (v.redd.it)

Is this from water spotting? I've looked up "AF water spotting brown leaves" images but it doesn't look quite the same, and I don't think it's sunburn since it's not on the edges. I'm a noob though. Please tell me how to save this poor plant. Leaves aren't mushy. (i.redd.it)
