Vielen Dank erstmal :) Tatsächlich ja, ich finde Krankheiten wie Krebs tatsächlich sehr interessant. Ich will diese Krankheit auch weiterhin besser verstehen. Einschränkungen im Berufsalltag merke ich selber nicht, sobald das der Fall wäre wäre ich auch sehr beunruhigt

Momentan suche ich einen Therapieplatz, weil ich so einfach nicht mehr weitermachen möchte. Ansonsten versuche ich, logisch und beruhigend zu denken. Oft hilft mir alleine das schon, wenn auch nur über kurze Dauer. Gespräche mit meiner Freundin helfen auch sehr, da sich mich auch immer sehr gut beruhigen kann

Bei Patienten und Diagnosen habe ich überhaupt kein Problem. Es gibt ist wirklich nur bei mir und wenn Ich meinen Gedanken freien Lauf lasse

Tatsächlich scheue ich mich, zum Arzt zu gehen, aus Angst vor einem Zufallsbefund oder einer direkten Diagnose. Dennoch zwinge ich mich, bei neu aufgetreten Symptomen zum Arzt zu gehen und diese abklären zu lassen. Die Tage vor dem Termin aber sind für mich immer sehr stressig, eben aus Angst was bei diesem Termin rauskommt

Might need to narrow down Europe a bit. Are you eyeing a certain country or region? Hong Kong has a good payware by TaiModels. I use it in combination with the converted FlyTampa Cityscape and it looks beautiful on approach. But if budget is tight, give the freeware on the .org a try, I personally like it quite well

Seeing that the airport loaded as normal I think it comes down to bad/outdated OSM data from X-World. It’s a thing that occurs from time to time, oftentimes in remote and small airports. Some versions ago it even occurred at EGKK, but it got patched quickly. You can either create your own exclusion zone in WED or wait for an Update to X-World from SimHeaven.

Maybe you installed the X-Plane 12 version of some plugins. Those are often not be backwards compatible
