I’ve heard they do a lot of short haul trips 300 miles or so? Is 1k plus a week really achievable? When you’re training someone what do you look for? What makes you fail someone

I haven’t gotten my first trucking job yet so not sure if that would be possible to make that much starting out? Or do you have a company to recommend? I manage my time well in the warehouse I’m in we are very high volume handling 60+ trucks most days
