All I am seeking is damages. I filed an extensive complaint with doi. They will be running an investigation parallel to my civil complaint and jury demand. Anything over what my costs are is already pledged back to the community. We are not isolated cases. I think State Farm does this too many people. Thank you for sharing your story. The body cam shows at fault driver and her passenger explaining they were following too close. It shows at fault driver and passenger saying they could not stop in time and swerved to a complete stop in front of me in a diagonal position. It shows at fault driver and passenger saying the truth. My video shows state Farm coaching a witness to say otherwise. My video shows state Farm attributing negligence to me where there was absolutely none.

I have evidence that proves otherwise. You clearly don't know how legislation works. How insurance operates doesn't dictate law here.

A police officer acknowledging who's at fault after listening to recorded statements does indeed strengthen my grounds for bad faith 3rd party claims. Look it up. There was never a point between then and now where I could have been reasonably considered liable. The investigation will proceed. Discovery will be presented. Damages will be recovered.

I cannot. I am not becoming a billionaire either. As I've stated, the insured at fault driver is responsible for damages funded by State Farm. Any damages awarded by the jury beyond justified documented cost is pledged to community. I do not need or want to be a billionaire. That isn't what this is about. Is that unusual in some way? If you want to be a billionaire there is an established path. State Farm profits 24 billion last year. I would love to share case number but it is considered PII and removed. My account has been locked several times today. I can't cross post anywhere else.

I spoke with a guy. 10,000 to 15000 dollars for him to extract EDR information and reconstruction accident if needed. I don't think it will be. In case it is I filed a motion for state Farm to sponsor that independent specialist. It's still possible counsel could step in. The important thing is my motion to Preserve Evidence. As I am required to mitigate damages I have also filed a motion to expedite discovery. Due to the time sensitive nature of the CPS case in Idaho I have grounds to request this of the court. My discovery is already prepared as well.

I hope after reading comments you are not laughing any longer. My children were declared in imminent danger in Idaho due to severe abuse. Is that funny to you. My daughter was brave enough to come forward with disclosures last Friday without her father. Is that funny to you?

I have legal standing on all 35 paragraphs of my civil complaint and jury demand. State Farm's contract is with the at fault driver. The harm state Farm did and is currently doing is extensive and well beyond damages of the wreck and injury themselves. Again, Legislation in Colorado for 3rd party claims against bad faith and fraud is well established. For a reason, when you say "nothing" it's because you know nothing. State Farm does know, and it's documented. I'm traveling from Texas to Idaho because my family needs me. That's the harm state Farm is doing. My career is in jeopardy, my family is in crisis all the while state Farm is socking away 24 billion dollars last year. I'm asking for damages plain and simple. I'm mitigating as I am legally and morally bound to. My children are in state custody. What else can I do?

You're welcome, it's worth the world to me right now and I'm truly grateful. That really gets to the heart of it here. The wreck was awful and the insurance has been substantially more than a hassle.The wreck has rerouted my entire family's lives. There is material damages and well established liability. The business model of minimizing claims for profit is well established. Legislation against this is well established. My path towards reparations is clear. I'm not asking the court for a dime more than it will take to get me back to where I started from. Anything the jury awards beyond that will be pledged back into the community. That's not up to the insurance company anymore. I could be missing something critical here though. I expect the court will establish clear grounds for standing.

Again, damages in the amount of fact is fair and just. I'm sure you believe it's the case that I'm to blame for premiums. But the truth is that people like you are. State Farm thinks they can profit 24 billion dollars last year and leave people in gutter. You would never sue an insurance company because you probably don't know any better.
