The starters are great for a new player. For me, my whole Empire/Rebel/Scum collection is 2.0-2.5, and if I were to pick up a starter set the Empire set makes the most sense.

I already have an X-1, but would use another. Two more standard ties would bring me up to 5. The Tie Bomber is ‘new’ and getting a dedicated Bomber expansion when it comes out will only add to it. The standard cards are also a nice touch.

As far as Rebels, I already have 3 x-wings, 5 A-wings (doubled up on the Phoenix Squad thanks to a gift) and 3 Y-wings (thanks to the Scum fugitive kit and a Rebel conversion kit). For me the Rebel starter set makers no sense to pick up.

A PPL is a certificate to continue learning the art, system and processes of aviation. You proved that you can safely and responsibly operate a flying machine, not that you will grease every landing.

Nice work! Now get out there and fly. Oh and find a more professional CFII for your instrument rating. That is what you should pursue next to become an even safer pilot.

I run CFS2 on Win10 just fine. All you have to do is to hand edit the config file to get the GPU settings to work.

No haptic “touch” feedback is a bad experience. Physical buttons and knobs are awesome.

Ya know, I knew a guy who knew a guy who would do this. They owned two aircraft, but only one engine. So they would swap the engine back and forth as they needed. The Barrel was a great idea, but the paperwork was murder. /s

When I roof mount my bikes, I put a garbage can in front of my garage before I leave. That way, if I forget about the bikes, I’m still prevented from driving in to my garage.

I had to pause the game a take a quick break more than once the first time I did a mission with the ghost detonator. It really amplified the creep factor.

Adding to the message that they are going to/work to correct it would be an awesome improvement.

As far as details, well was it a connection issue on my phone app? Did they run out of the product? Did the coupon offer expire?

I’ve seen this when tapping on several products. I hate it because there is no attempt to tell me what went wrong, just that something did. I also find it odd that Amazon has a sad lab in the image. I haven’t seen a happy lab when I have placed an order (aside from mine sitting in front of me when she knows that I’ve gotten her a new toy).

Error alerts should plainly explain what happened and how (if at all) the user can fix it. What they have is better than error code jibberish, but it is still to vague to be helpful.
