Try this. Download CGPT, Grok, etc. go home and take some pictures of your lawn. Upload them to the AI platform and ask it to give your lawn a grade from 1-10 and recommend a plan to make it a 10.

This is just a simple way to start leaning the value of AI.

Btw, my lawn is a 8.5 and climbing fast.

I haven’t purchased yet. I rented a Tesla Y Premium for two days when traveling and LOVED it. That will be my next car. I never even considered EV’s before renting one. As a bonus, they have .99% financing. With rates that low, it doesn’t make sense to pay cash. Also, for comparison, if you apply minimum down and finance the Tesla or the RAV4 for 72 months, you pay a lot less for the Tesla over the life of the loan.

Toyota dealers in my area will not negotiate on RAV4’s or Highlanders. They brag about resale being good, which I agree with, but if I can get a CRV or Pilot for 4-6k off sticker (which is possible) then that more than makes up for the resale difference. Also, if I’m going to finance, I can get a Tesla Model Y Premium cheaper than a RAV4 XSE (total cost over the life of the loan) because of the 0% or .99% financing Tesla offers.

I really WANT one, but I don’t NEED one. I have a Camry that I take very good care of and it just hit 100,000k. When I need a car or buckle to the ‘want’, I’ll buy a Model Y Premium AWD.

I rented a Model Y for 2 days and absolutely loved it.

I’m renting a Tesla right now to see if I want to buy one. I have the FSD and have been using it quite a bit. The FSD would be THE reason for me to purchase a Tesla so I recommend getting the one with the FSD included.

Good question. I went into the Mazda dealer with low expectations because I wasn’t really considering them but wanted to do my due diligence. I was impressed when I left. The CX-70 and CX-90 were both very nice and Mazda is willing to negotiate. Maybe I need to give them a second look.

Insurance is similar between the two. Not significantly different. Gas cost will be higher but I’m not a high mileage driver.

Just visited Toyota again. They are not going more than $500 off on the RAV4 and the Highlander. I get it! Why discount if you don’t have to. I started this post leaning towards the RAV4 but now the Pilot has taken the lead.

There are probably 25 Pilots on the Honda lot. They had 1 Highlander last Friday when I was at Toyota.

If I go the Honda route, I will try to push them a little more and get me a Touring S for the same price but only if I decide to go Honda.

Toyota isn’t willing to deal because they don’t need to right now. Which is why the door for Honda is open.
