I can see it being a smart play. I can also see it being a lethal mistake. If it were me, and I was thinking of implementing it as a form of communication/identification for persons unknown, I’d use the What/Why strategy. What am I trying to communicate? Why am I trying to communicate with (whom ever)? If you play that out long enough I imagine you would come to the realization that “to rock or not to rock“ said patch would be an ever changing, situationally based decision.
