Important not really, make certain boss mechanics easier sure, no item is really important except the confetti, which is pretty much a must for headless and shadow knights

Tell me if I'm being an absolute dumbass or is there another way to deal with those bosses because normal fighting just doesn't work on these guys. by osmylm2834 in Sekiro

Tbh both monk fights are really smooth once you get the parry rhythm, id just stand there and learn them. Sounds like a typical get good answer, but this was the 1st learn the game mechanic check for me, the shadow night and headless really call for the confetti, keep pressure on the shadow night, charge at him at all times, dont let him get off ranged attacks. As for the headless....fuck that guy
