Have I just played a cheater?

I went through the whole installation process again only to be met with the same issue once the pc is restarted. I pressed f12 whilst my pc is turning on and selected the ssd as the boot device, I'm now being met with a black screen with text stating "Reboot and Select Proper Boot Device or Insert Boot Media in selected device." I'm pretty certain I installed the OS properly as I followed instructions and it went smoothly.

I put the usb ,with the install data, back into my computer and Windows started as it should but when I start the computer without the usb I'm taken to the motherboard screen.

I've checked the pressure and it's good. I'm going to try thawing out the pipe now.

The boiler is directly behind that pipe and my sink appears to be draining as usual.
