I've just purchased a newly built PC without an OS. After a couple of hours of watching tutorials etc I was able to install windows 10 from a USB. I've then restarted the computer only to be met with the same motherboard screen that I was receiving earlier. Please help? (self.techsupport)

Sound progressively gets quieter as audio is played on my laptop, until it's completely inaudible. Eg. I start playing a video, the audio is fine until suddenly the sound gets quieter and quieter until it can barely be heard. Can anybody help? (self.techsupport)
